Utterly crass delivery! If all the voices were presented over a background of cheap and nasty muzak, that would be bad enough; actually the muzak is so loud, it dominates. I am sure most would-be listeners almost immediately switch off, as I did; and anyway were one to stay tuned in, the overriding mental message received must be, “Whatever people are saying, it must be trivial if the BBC can treat it like this”.
