Lift and separate!

I recently dug up all my spuds – three sorts in one plot.
This load are all Laura; if you think these look fairly large,
some of the Desiree I lifted were monsters!
The other variety I grew were the super-delicious
Pink Fir Apple – especially good boiled in sea water.
